Case 1: Bag air ducts at the temporary booth of Ningbo Zeekr Evolution Day 2023

This project involves constructing an outdoor booth at the Ningbo Auto Racetrack, scheduled for September 1, 2023. The equipment utilizes a single row of circular aluminum fabric ducts suspended by steel cables. The equipment is located outside the booth, with a metal riser connected to the main fabric pipe, which then connects to three branch pipes to supply air to the booth area.

Case 2: Bag air ducts in the tourist area of Wuxi Luming Valley Scenic Area

This project completed the design and installation of fabric ducts in the Luming Valley Zen Town Scenic Area in Wuxi on July 20, 2025. The beautiful scenic area is equipped with fabric ducts as the air supply terminal for air supply cooling, adding a touch of coolness and providing a cool place for tourists in the hot summer.     

Things to keep in mind when using MX fabric ducting in outdoor applications:

1. Maintain proper cleaning and maintenance of fabric ducting. The inherent flexibility of fabric ducting makes it easy to clean and maintain. However, the outdoor environment makes ducting more susceptible to contamination, so regular inspection and maintenance are essential.

2. Pay attention to installation details. The outdoor environment is complex and unpredictable, with wind, rain, and sun being unavoidable. This requires that fabric ducting be securely fixed during installation and properly installed to minimize the impact of outdoor factors.

3. Remove ducting at appropriate times to extend its lifespan. Fabric ducting is easy to install and remove. Outdoor applications of fabric ducting are mostly for single-mode cooling and air supply. When not in use during the winter, the duct can be removed from the wire rope or track, retaining the suspension system, and reinstalled when needed to extend its lifespan.
