Overview of Chengdu Jinsong Oriental Art Exhibition Center Project: Dongjiao Memory is located in the former site of Chengdu Hongguang Electronic Tube Factory, covering an area of 205 acres. It was rebuilt on the site of an old industrial factory with an area of about 190000 square meters. It is the only fully preserved old industrial factory area after the "Dongjiao Industrial Zone" was relocated to the east in Chengdu. Jinsong Oriental Art Exhibition Center is situated in this nostalgic Dongjiao Memory. The exhibition center is a large-span precision steel structure multifunctional venue with a usable area of 5100 square meters, which is a relatively large venue in the entire Dongjiao Memory. More than 200 international standard booths can be set up in total; The entire museum is equipped with complete facilities, including advanced central air conditioning, automatic fire protection system, comprehensive wiring system, programmable telephone system, etc. It is currently one of the few small and medium-sized boutique exhibition halls in the province.

1、 Ventilation system solution

The exhibition hall covers an area of 5050 square meters. In response to the characteristics of art exhibitions and the demand for air quality, it is required to use 4 AHUs+full air systems; The total air volume is 116000m3/h, and the total cooling capacity is 1035.1kw; The main air duct of the air system is made of galvanized air duct, and the branch pipes are made of MX bag air duct, which is easy to construct and has a beautiful appearance.

1. Adopting the MultiXair-O series support type bag duct, in order to ensure the strength and service life of the support ring, the inner support ring is made of stainless steel material, and the surface of the support ring needs to be treated with plastic coating to prevent condensation. A double-layer fixing is set at the inner support ring to ensure the support strength and prevent wear on the fiber surface. The O series maintains a circular shape even when not ventilated, reducing the impact of airflow on the system during fan start-up and extending the service life of the system;

2. The shape adopts circular ∅ 356mm, ∅ 406mm and ∅ 610mm;

3. Adopting a double row steel wire rope suspension system, the suspension point is at 2:10 pm;

4. The air supply mode is infiltration and orifice air supply, with multiple rows of angled air supply at the orifice to ensure multi angle surface coverage of the airflow. The orifice is designed in an S-shaped cross arrangement to provide a wider air supply coverage and prevent multiple orifices at the same cross-section from causing wrinkles on the system surface;

5. The installation adopts a double row steel wire rope hanging method, and all fabric pipes are arranged above the main beam.
