I. Project Overview:

The Zhangzhou Fengrun Food Cold Storage Project features a panel-structured warehouse primarily composed of raw material storage areas. With a warehouse height of 11.2 meters and a cold room temperature of -23°C, this project employs three air coolers integrated with MultiXair fabric ducting to cool the interior. This configuration addresses airflow organization within the warehouse, ensuring precise control of temperature and humidity for stored goods.

Based on the architectural characteristics of the project and air supply requirements, the selection design was developed using the patented MX3.0 design software, with CFD technology employed to simulate airflow organization within the application space. The specific design details are as follows:

1. Utilization of the MultiXair-S series semi-elliptical fabric air distribution system;

2. Installation employs a dual-row aluminum alloy track system with ceiling-mounted installation.

3. Air supply modes include permeation and perforated outlet delivery. The perforated outlets are arranged in an S-shaped cross pattern to achieve broader air coverage.
