The Changkai Sheng Cold Chain Logistics Base Project is located in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City. Scheduled for official approval in 2022, it will primarily operate cold chain logistics and related services, occupying a site area of 24,451.32 square meters.

Project Location: Changkai Sheng Zhichuang Center, Longfeng Road Section, Youganpu, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City.

Project Scale: Covering an area of 24,451.32 square meters, the project primarily involves constructing cold storage and frozen food warehousing and distribution facilities.

Main Business Scope: Includes general freight transportation, specialized cargo transport (containers and refrigerated/fresh-keeping), cold storage and frozen food warehousing and distribution, domestic freight forwarding, loading/unloading and handling, business information consulting, and other supply chain management services.

I. Project Overview:

The Changkai Sheng Cold Chain Logistics Base comprises two six-story buildings, each with a warehouse height of 39.595 meters. Each floor employs four air coolers integrated with MX fabric ducting to cool the warehouse interior, addressing airflow organization and ensuring precise temperature and humidity control for stored goods.

Based on the building characteristics and air supply requirements, the selection design was performed using the patented MX3.0 design software, with CFD technology applied for spatial airflow organization simulation. Specific design details are as follows:

1. Utilizes the MultiXair-S Series rectangular fabric air distribution system;

2. Cold storage height: 39.595m, employing a multi-row rail wire rope suspension system with ceiling-mounted installation.

3. Air supply mode combines permeation and perforated outlet delivery, featuring jet nozzles at the terminal end. The perforations are arranged in an S-shaped cross pattern for broader air coverage.
