I. Project Overview:
The Zhangzhou Fengrun Food Cold Storage Project features a panel-structured warehouse primarily composed of raw material storage areas. With a warehouse height of 11.2 meters and a cold room temperature of -23°C, this project employs three air coolers integrated with MultiXair fabric ducting to cool the interior. This configuration addresses airflow organization within the warehouse, ensuring precise control of temperature and humidity for stored goods.

Based on the architectural characteristics of the project and air supply requirements, the selection design was developed using the patented MX3.0 design software, with CFD technology employed to simulate airflow organization within the application space. The specific design details are as follows:
1. Utilization of the MultiXair-S series semi-elliptical fabric air distribution system;
2. Installation employs a dual-row aluminum alloy track system with ceiling-mounted installation.
3. Air supply modes include permeation and perforated outlet delivery. The perforated outlets are arranged in an S-shaped cross pattern to achieve broader air coverage.

II. Application Advantages:
1. Precise and Uniform
The MultiXair fabric duct system delivers airflow through fiber gaps across the entire duct wall or uniformly distributed openings. This creates linear airflow radially along the duct and fan-shaped airflow axially, forming three-dimensional air distribution. It ensures precise airflow projection and overall uniform air distribution.
2. Condensation Prevention, No Insulation Required
Leveraging the breathable properties of its fabric material, the MultiXair system allows cool air to permeate through the entire duct wall. This creates a cold air layer on the duct's exterior, eliminating temperature differentials between the inner and outer surfaces. This eliminates condensation issues entirely, rendering insulation unnecessary.

3. Comfortable and Quiet
The entire MultiXair fabric duct system uses flexible materials that do not generate or transmit noise. It delivers uniform airflow at low operating velocities, ensuring comfort and quiet operation while providing excellent environmental quality.
4. Lightweight and Easy Installation
The MultiXair fabric air distribution system weighs only 200–450 g/m². It employs dual-row aluminum alloy tracks for suspension, enabling simple and rapid installation.
The MultiXair fabric duct system has accumulated design and implementation experience across diverse projects worldwide, developing multiple installation methods tailored to different environments.
