The Changkai Sheng Cold Chain Logistics Base Project is located in Fenggang Town, Dongguan City. Scheduled for official approval in 2022, it will primarily operate cold chain logistics and related services, occupying a site area of 24,451.32 square meters.

Project Location: Changkai Sheng Zhichuang Center, Longfeng Road Section, Youganpu, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City.

Project Scale: Covering 24,451.32 square meters, primarily constructing refrigerated and frozen food storage and distribution facilities.

Main Operations: Including general freight transport, specialized cargo transport (containers and refrigerated preservation), refrigerated/frozen food storage and distribution, domestic freight forwarding, loading/unloading services, business information consulting, and other supply chain management services.

Based on the project's architectural characteristics and air supply requirements, the selection design was developed using the patented MX3.0 design software, with CFD technology applied for spatial airflow organization simulation. Specific design details are as follows:

1. Utilization of the MultiXair-S Series Rectangular Fabric Air Distribution System;

2. Cold storage height: 39.595m. Employing a multi-row rail wire rope suspension system with ceiling-mounted installation.

3. Air supply employs both permeation and perforated outlet modes. Terminal jet nozzles are installed with perforations arranged in an S-shaped cross pattern for broader air coverage.
