Shandong General Warehouse Project
I. Project Overview: This project is the Comprehensive Warehouse Project in Building 15 of the Shanghe Economic Development Zone in Shandong.
Based on the building’s architectural characteristics and air supply requirements, the system was selected using the patented MX3.0 design software, and CFD technology was employed to simulate airflow patterns within the space. The specific design is as follows:
1. The MultiXair-S series circular fabric air distribution system is adopted, made of Class B1 flame-retardant material;
2. Circular ducts with a diameter of 762 mm are used;
3. The ductwork is installed at a height of 22 m using a dual-row steel wire rope suspension system; horizontal suspension points are installed at the ends to secure the system and prevent movement during fan start-up and shutdown.
4. The air supply modes include fabric permeation, diffuser outlets, and jet nozzles to ensure airflow coverage at all heights. The diffusers are arranged in an S-shaped crisscross pattern to provide broader coverage.

II. Application Advantages
1. Precise and Uniform Air Distribution
The MX Fabric Air Distribution System delivers air through various distribution methods, effectively meeting air distribution requirements.
2. Easy Installation
MultiXair fabric ducts are installed using steel cables, making installation quick and easy, with virtually negligible structural load.
3. Healthy Air
The MX Fabric Air Distribution System is eco-friendly. It is made from a special, permanently flame-retardant polyester fiber material that is laser-cut and sewn into shape. It contains no harmful substances such as formaldehyde or aromatic hydrocarbons and has been tested and certified by the China Textile Technology Center (CTTC). It meets the Class A standards of the *National Basic Safety Technical Specifications for Textile Products*. Additionally, the product’s unique anti-condensation design eliminates the need for thermal insulation and prevents the formation of condensation; Furthermore, the use of fiber materials ensures the product is easy to clean, helping to reduce the spread of infectious diseases such as colds and viral infections. As a result, the MX Fabric Air Distribution System continuously supplies healthy air to the warehouse.
4. Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection
Due to its material and design characteristics, the MX Fabric Air Distribution System requires only 150 Pa of external static pressure to meet air supply demands. With a flow resistance of approximately 1 Pa/m—which is negligible—it significantly reduces operating costs. Over the long term, this results in substantial cost savings.
